1Operating Entity & Acceptance of Terms

RoyalScan is an individual / sole proprietorship enterprise founded and owned by Bharat Ambaliya ("Proprietor", "we", "us", or "our"), having its principal place of business at At: Modpur, Taluka: Lalpur, District: Jamnagar, Gujarat – 361170, India. Taxation & GST Exemption Notice: RoyalScan is a 100% digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. In accordance with Section 22 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, GST registration is not compulsory as the aggregate business turnover of the individual owner is below the mandatory threshold limit of ₹20,00,000 (Twenty Lakh Rupees) for digital services. All transactions are billed in Indian National Rupees (INR – ₹) without GST.

By accessing, installing, or subscribing to RoyalScan (including the Android Scanner App, Tauri Desktop Print Agent, and Web Dashboard), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our software or services.

2Service Description & Cloud Scraping

RoyalScan provides automated scanning, parsing, record-keeping, and local document printing tools for minerals and royalty passes. The Android app reads QR codes printed on physical passes; our cloud engine accesses the publicly verifiable URL represented by the QR code, extracts structured metadata, and relays the document to the designated Desktop Print Agent for automated printing. You acknowledge that our service relies on the accessibility and format of the target government verification webpage and that unexpected changes to third-party portals may cause temporary disruption while our scraper selectors are updated.

3Device Quota & Hardware Authorization

• Every standard subscription includes access for 1 PC Print Agent and up to 2 Android Scanner Devices.
• Devices are bound by unique hardware identifiers (fingerprints).
• Exceeding the authorized device quota without an active Pay-As-You-Go add-on will result in the automatic rejection or revocation of the excess device.
• Additional Android devices may be enrolled for ₹20 per device for the active billing period. Second PC access is currently not supported and reserved for future release.

4Subscription Plans, Pricing & Add-Ons

All subscription fees are non-refundable once credentials have been provisioned and services activated, except under the verified Genuine Technical Incompatibility Exemption outlined in our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5Payment Processing via Cashfree Payments

Online subscription payments on RoyalScan are securely routed and processed through Cashfree Payments India Private Limited (Cashfree), an RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator. Supported payment channels include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), NetBanking across 50+ Indian banks, RuPay/Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards, and authorized business wallets.

All prices are billed in Indian National Rupees (INR – ₹). RoyalScan does not store or process debit/credit card numbers or UPI MPINs; all payment credential tokenization is managed through Cashfree's PCI-DSS Level 1 certified vault.

6Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

RoyalScan is a 100% cloud-hosted digital SaaS application. No physical goods or packages are shipped. As outlined in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, delivery of software licenses, portal access, and software download links is executed electronically within 5 minutes of Cashfree payment authorization.

7Data Retention, Storage & Privacy

Scraped government pass PDFs reside in temporary cloud storage strictly for print relay purposes and are permanently deleted from cloud servers within 24 hours. If the client enables local PDF saving in their Desktop Agent settings, files are saved directly and privately to the client's local PC hard drive. RoyalScan does not sell, license, or share your proprietary weighing or transaction logs with any third parties.

8Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

RoyalScan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall RoyalScan, its developers, or owners be liable for penalties, mining fines, portal downtimes, printer hardware malfunctions, or commercial damages arising out of the use or inability to use this software. Crusher and weighbridge operators remain solely responsible for statutory compliance and official verification with the Department of Mines and Geology.
